St Michael’s Foodbank – Friday 23 October

Storm Austen hasn’t deterred our Foodbank team at St Michael’s and our doors will be open from 11.30am to 2pm today.

We do have fewer volunteers though due to travel impacts, so we’ll only be in the Foodbank and not in the Church Hall.

Although we start at 11.30am, coming along a little later will help to avoid anyone having to wait outside – we have stocked shelves.

We have a few ‘grab bag’ options too to help minimise any queue.

Keep safe if you are heading in.

We aim to be open tomorrow at St Michael’s in Newquay for our Friday Foodbank.

However, due to the Storm Austen weather warnings, we will review this first thing and update with any last-minute change.

The Met Office predicts the storm will bring very strong winds and heavy rain across the region late on Thursday and into Friday.

Please check our socials and website, and keep safe.
