500 x 5: Keeps Our Food Bank Alive

Donate £5* a month to secure our future and ensure that nobody in your community goes hungry.

Demand for our services rose by 32% on previous years during April 2025 to March 2026. It continues to rise.

At the moment, we are facing a financial challenge.

Food donations are fabulous and appreciated, but they don’t fulfil demand meaning we need to pay for products too.

Applying for grants is time-consuming but sadly they are never guaranteed. The impact means our charity is never 100% sure of what grants will come in.

Our community fundraisers do amazing things, such as driving challenges, coffee mornings, sponsored walks and running events. Sadly, on their own they can’t underpin our charity’s financial needs.

We receive no direct government funding, nor from the national food bank body, Trussell.

We review and adapt all the time to accommodate financial pressures. But, there are times when we may only be a few low income months away from having to close.

To do so would break our hearts as it would leave hundreds of children and adults without food.

A regular donation of £5 a month would help secure our future.

500 amazing people giving £5 a month will go a long way towards our long-term financial stability. It would equate to around a month’s worth of our current running costs, including food purchases and deliveries.

That means that we will be here today, tomorrow and every day that people need our help.
