Give Help
Our Partners
At Newquay Foodbank, we know that tackling food poverty requires more than just handing out food parcels.
That’s why we work closely with a network of partner organisations, each bringing their expertise, resources, and care to support the whole person.
From practical assistance to guidance and advocacy, our partners help us address the many challenges people face.
By working together, we can tackle food insecurity more effectively and create lasting positive change across Newquay.
Our partners
Community Pharmacist Cornwall
Community Pharmacy Cornwall offer drop in sessions with a local pharmacist, at our food bank sessions. The drop ins offer the opportunity for food bank visitors to have anonymous conversations 1-2-1 with a pharmacist, about their health, wellbeing and medicines.
They can run a range of tests from blood pressure, oxygen sats and cholesterol to diabetes markers and a full heart health check.

First light
First Light is a charity for anyone who is experiencing or has experienced domestic abuse or sexual violence. The charity run ‘Safer Futures’ drop in sessions, monthly as part of our foodbank sessions.
Safer Futures provides individuals with advice and support to be safe and to recover from the effects of domestic abuse or sexual violence. It was created with the goal of ending domestic abuse and sexual violence in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. For more information head to their website here.
