Community Fundraising

Whether you are fundraising as a team or an individual, your support can help us alleviate hunger and hardship.

TEAM & INDIVIDUAL FUNDRAISING

From local pubs to tennis clubs, from grassroot groups to golf clubs, whatever your community organisation, we want you on our team!

There are numerous ways you can raise much-need funds for our charity, such as holding a quiz night, hosting a collection box, or taking on a group challenge like a cross-country hike.

Or perhaps you’re a keen cook and could hold a cake sale, love getting crafty and could crochet toys to sell, or take on a personal challenge such as running a marathon!

Whatever you chose to do, you can fundraise for us knowing every penny helps provide immediate and longer-term assistance to people in crisis, helping them regain their independence.

How to Fundraise

  1. Download our fundraising pack: Community-Fundraising-Guide 2026
It’s full of handy hints and ideas to help you enjoy your fundraising.
  2. Create a JustGiving page: Newquay Foodbank – JustGiving

This is optional but does provide a secure and easy way for you to link your fundraiser to our charity as donations are sent directly to us. There’s helpful info here: Step-by-Step Guide to Creating a Successful Fundraising Page | JustGiving

You can email us via [email protected] if you need help.

  3. We love to hear about what our fundraisers are doing to help people facing hardship. We may be able to help promote your event too! Get in touch via [email protected] to share your story.
  4. Pay in your fundraising.

You can pay your fundraising to us as a one-off payment here: Donate – Donation amount – JustGiving
Or, you can use our banking details here: Donate money | Newquay Foodbank

And that’s it! You are all set.

Thank you so much for taking the time to support our charity.

You will be joining other fabulous fundraisers such as Newquay Running Club, RAF St Mawgan, and individuals such as Tom and Nat who raised funds for us in the Cornwall Banger Challenge!
